Acceptance of the Terms of the Privacy Policy

By using this site or any iHelpWellness Service, you signify your acceptance of the terms of the iHelpWellness Privacy Notice for Bright Tiger Enterprises, LLC.  If you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Notice, please do not use the iHelpWellness web site and exit the site immediately.  BTE may from time to time change the terms and conditions outlined in its Privacy Notice, with or without notice to you.  Your continued use of the iHelpWellness web site or iHelpWellness Service means that you agree and understand that any change in the terms or conditions outlined in the iHelpWellness Privacy Notice are accepted and binding upon you.

 

What information do we collect and how do we use it

BTE collects and uses information that you provide to us or that we learn from your use of the IHW Service. The amount of personal information BTE collects from you differs depending on the specific IHW Service that you use.  Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable and that is not otherwise publicly available.

 

Web Site Usage

BTE may observe your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address and browser type) relating to your use of the iHelpWellness web site (”IHW website”).  We generally do not identify you or match this information with your other personal information.  We may use this collected information to diagnose web site technical problems, to track aggregate traffic patterns throughout this web site, or to facilitate use of the site.

 

Cookies

BTE uses “cookies” to help personalize your IHW Service.  Cookies are pieces of information our web site transfers to your computer’s hard disk for record keeping purposes.  Cookies are industry standard with many companies looking to personalize the services they offer.  Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.  This cookie may be used to allow your user name to pre-populate so you only need to type in your password to access your account.  Cookies cannot be used to infect your computer with a virus or start any programs.

 

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies.  Browser setting can be set to not accept cookies.  If you choose to decline cookies, you will still be able to use the IHW web site.  However, you may not be able to use features of the IHW Service that depend on cookies.

 

Online Transactions

You may be asked to share personal information in order to complete a business transaction.  When you subscribe to the iHelpWellness Service you will be asked for information needed to complete your order, contact you to confirm the order, and provide for related customer service needs.  This information is used for various reasons, including but not limited to, to effect your transactions, to create and share aggregate reports about these transactions, and to perform credit fraud screen services for transactions between you and BTE. 

 

Account Subscribers

Personal information or data provided via online registration is used to carry out the request, service, or agreement for which the information is submitted.  The information required to subscribe to a IHW Service includes, but may not be limited to, such items as your name, address, e-mail, and telephone number.  We may ask for other non-required fields to best help us understand the needs of our subscribers.

 

With your consent, we may also use the information you provide in online registration forms to notify you periodically about important changes to the web site including new services, changes to our privacy notice, or special offers that may be of interest to you.

 

iHelpWellness Course Participation

Information collected as part of participation in iHelpWellness course(s) is stored behind the Account Subscriber’s username and password.  iHelpWellness course information is never released with personal information except as required by law.  iHelpWellness course information may be used in aggregate for various reasons, including but not limited to, improving service delivery.

 

Recruitment and Job Applications

You may provide us with personal information, including such information that may be contained on a resume or curriculum vitae, in connection with a job application or inquiry.  We may use this information for the purpose of employment consideration or your inquiry.  We may keep your information on file for future consideration.

 

Children

Children under 18 and legal minors must have the express permission of and be under the supervision of their legal guardian or their legal guardian’s adult designee to be an Account Subscriber.  Participation in IHW Service for children under 18 and legal minors is strictly the decision and under the supervision of the child’s or minor’s legal guardian.  Access to information transmitted or stored as part of an IHW Service is subject to the IHW Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

 

Public Areas

Any information disclosed in public areas, including the iHelpWellness Business Blog, will become public information.    BTE does not necessarily support, endorse, verify, or agree with content posted.  By using the IHW service, you agree to hold BTE harmless and release BTE from any liability in connection with any information posted on the IHW website, including but not limited to, any public area of the IHW website.

 

Under what circumstance can your personal information be shared

We do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise share our customer list or personal information to third parties except as defined under this   Privacy Notice between BTE and the Account Subscriber. 

 

When do we share information

1.       In order to help provide our service, we may provide information to other companies or subcontractors that work on our behalf.  BTE business practices require all such entities provide a signed agreement of confidentiality and reasonable verification that personal information is safeguarded and protected.

  

2.       When requested by or when we believe we are required to be in compliance with a law, subpoena, court order or other valid legal requirement, BTE will share your personal information.

 

3.       In the event that BTE believes that disclosing personal information is necessary to identify, bring legal action against, or communicate with someone who may be causing harm, intentionally or otherwise, to any other person(s) or is violating the iHelpWellness Terms of Service.

 

4.       Aggregated information with no personally identifiable information may be shared with our business partners.  The aggregated information we share can in no way be used to personally identify you or be used to contact you.  This information can be such things as how many people use our website or how many are enrolled into a particular IHW Service.

 

5.       If BTE should ever file bankruptcy or merge with another company, or if BTE should decide to sell or reorganize all or any component of the IHW Service, BTE may be required to disclose personal information to the prospective or actual purchasers.  BTE business practices require that all personal information be subject to the obligations set forth in this agreement between BTE and the Account Subscriber.   

 

What security measures we use to protect your personal information

 

No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.  Once we receive your transmission, we make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems.  We use secure sockets layer (SSL), antivirus and intrusion software, and firewalls to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.  We cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of our security efforts.  Please review the IHW Terms of Service for additional limits to our liability. 

 

What happens if we discover a security breach.

If BTE learns of a security systems breach we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.  By using the IHW Service or providing personal information to us you agree that we can communicate with you electronically or otherwise regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of this site or your inquiry.  BTE may post a notice on our web site if a security breach occurs.  If this happens, you will need a web browser enabling you to view the IHW website.  BTE may email you at the email address you have provided to us in these circumstances.  Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive a security breach in writing.  To receive a free written notice of a security breach (or to withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice) you should notify us at ITsupport@ihelpwellness.com.
