iHelpWellness Service.  Any service provided by BTE through the iHelpWellness Service as defined under the iHelpWellness Terms of Service.

Account Subscriber.  The subscribing individual listed in Billing Section on the MyProfile page.

Billing Cycle.  The billing cycle is based on account activation day of the month.  Every month, on that day, a new monthly billing cycle will begin.  Accounts activated the 29th, 30th, or 31st of any month will be assigned to the first day of the month for their billing cycle date.

Subscription Rate.  The subscription fee associated with use of the iHelpWellness Service for the subscription plan selected and for the time period selected.

Billing

The account Subscription Rate for a subscription to the iHelpWellness Service is due on the first day of a billing cycle for the month of service being provided.

The Subscription Rate is automatically renewed at end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time, unless notice is received from the subscriber prior to renewal as described in the cancellation procedures.

Credit Card Payment Method

Your credit card will be billed on the first day of your billing cycle for any applicable Subscription Rate fees.

Account Subscribers will receive an email receipt to the Account Subscriber e-mail address provided.  The Account Subscriber may request a copy of the account charges made for the life of their membership to the iHelpWellness Service.  Requests must be made in writing to customerservice@iHelpWellness.com or to

Past Due Accounts

In the event that payment is not received by the first day of a billing cycle, a notice will be sent to the Account Subscriber designated e-mail address that the account is no longer in good standing and that access to the account has been suspended and BTE cancellation procedures will be followed.

Cancellation Procedures

Cancelled accounts, regardless of reason, will NOT be provided compensation or reimbursed or refunded any unused paid Subscription Rate fees on the account.

Account Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until cancellation of the iHelpWellness Service.  The subscription can be terminated through the iHelpWellness MyProfile page or upon BTE’s receipt of a written request by the Account Subscriber through e-mail to customerservice@iHelpWellness.com or through conventional mail sent to the address listed above.  At any time, for any reason defined or referenced by the iHelpWellness Terms of Service or this agreement, BTE may cancel the subscription to the iHelpWellness Service.

To use the iHelpWellness Service you must have access to the internet and the ability to receive either text message or e-mail alerts throughout your day. Text messaging and internet access from mobile devises may incur additional charges from your mobile carrier depending on your current mobile devise plan. For example, if your carrier charges you for every text message received and you choose to be alerted to Walk-With session alerts through text message, each alert sent would become a charge to you from your mobile carrier. Bright Tiger Enterprises, LLC (owner of the iHelpWellness Service) is not financially responsible for any charges you may incur from your internet or wireless carrier while participating in the iHelpWellness Service.
